Introduction to THE SACRED BODY
The Sacred Body provides an opportunity to engage organically, energetically, creatively and mythically through an exploratory physical practice of Hatha and Yin Yoga, integrated and somatic movement, and subtle body experiencing. My classes are laced with Ayurvedic physiology, and infused with the power and the wisdom of the dancing body.
I invite you into this ongoing journey of experiential learning that brings together body, mind, and spirit, where we open to the opportunity for healing, the descent of grace, and begin to truly plant the seeds for embodied transformation.

In the notes section, please specify
the Name and Date of class you are registering for.
Please also include your email if it is your first time registering for class with me.
If you are dropping in, please try and register at least an hour before class is scheduled. Those who register too close to the start time of class may not receive the link, which is of course disappointing. I will do everything I can to accommodate those who register late, but as a busy mother, I unfortunately cannot guarantee that I will receive late registration requests in time.
You will know your spot is reserved when you receive a Venmo note back from me confirming your reservation!
