Movement as Medicine / by Maré Hieronimus

What does it mean to reclaim the mystery embedded within our blood and within our bones?

What does it mean to remember the manifest beauty of the human soul riding the wave of breath through every human life?

What does it mean to reconnect to the infinite nature of the human spirit within the sacred geometry of our divine genetic codes?

These experiences are the birthright of every human soul.

They begin with the most fundamental understanding that our flesh and bones, blood and viscera, and the very DNA from which we spring, are an emanation of spirit.

We are formed from the sacred templates born of her ethers. We are built from the vital energy born of her force.

These are the ongoing questions and practices which I engage through my work, The Sacred Body.

Through deep and continual somatic exploration, recalibration and release, we move to bring soul into body fully, so that we might experience the splendor of our earthly life.

Through engaging the elemental forces of earth, water fire, air and ether, diving into the experience of sacred geometry within the human body, exploring the developmental patterns through which we evolve, and activating the ecstatic nature of embodied movement, we bring ourselves ever closer into the divine emanation from which we spring.

Above all, we begin to remember more clearly who we are, in all of our profound beauty, majesty, soul depth, and grace.
