White Pine Needle Tea | Excerpt from Path of Remembrance by Maré Hieronimus

Path of Remembrance ~ Vision for a New Earth

Below is a short excerpt from my upcoming self published book. These essays were written in response to the events of 2020, and beyond.

Within this small book I offer a series of deep contemplations on the exile of the divine feminine, the loss of earth wisdom, and the two roads that lie before us as a humanity.

Following the path of the months and the seasons, I offer simple suggestions for Solstice Ceremonies, practices of fermentation, the simple creation of herbal medicine, storytelling, and other initiatives to support a return to the cycles of nature as our divine template.

Making Medicine

White Pine Needle Tea

Our ancestors used plant medicine to address all health issues, whether these were physical, emotional,

energetic or spiritual. Human consciousness grew alongside our plant allies, and some have suggested that humanity’s leaps in expanded states of consciousness were in part due to the taking of Plant Medicine, and in particular those plants containing Psilocybin, or other mind altering flora.

When we come into quiet listening to the plants that surround us, we can feel the profound medicine within them. The medicine actually speaks to us. Sometimes the medicine calls us even. This can happen in the form of cravings, but also in the form of omens that reveal themselves to us throughout our day, or within dreamtime.

When we learn to deeply listen, nature shares with us her wisdom, which is also our wisdom.

Pine Needle Tea supports a healthy immune system, preventing respiratory infections, stimulating circulation, avoiding chronic disease, increasing cognitive performance, strengthening heart health, and speeding healing.

Ingredients:

½ cup White Pine Needles

3 cups water

Tea Strainer or Tea Pot

Steep 10-15 minutes

The making of tea is a most simple and gentle medicinal practice which can have profound benefits. White Pine Needle Tea is an abundant and healthy wild edible plant that is easy to forage.

Allow the creation process to become a beautiful ceremony, reflecting the majesty of the tree and its potent medicine. You can sing or pray over the process as you go, permeating your movements with the song of the divine.

Desert Flower of Freedom by Maré Hieronimus

F09BCD0B-ABC1-4FCA-91F0-C704028940FF.JPG

The resistance coalitions of the near future will be strange bedfellows. But we will share one potent foundational truth which will be the desert flower of our union: that each human being should be granted through birth on our beautiful green planet the right to freedom of being, and to sovereignty over one’s own life, including mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Many human beings do not comprehend what is occurring right now. Sadly, most liberals, my former political cloak of choice, remain utterly blind to the reality, living in an almost arrogant and complete denial of what has occurred this past year, and what is occurring right now.

Their song is still harping on Trump, obsessed with despising a man as a pastime, making this hatred the cornerstone of reality.

All the while The Great Reset marches on and people laugh and think it’s a joke.

The joke is truly on those who do not comprehend what this reset agenda actually is. It is actually a tragedy.
It is deeply sobering to witness.

Many of us in the freedom movement are grieving these relationships. It is that serious.

It is time to look deeper.

Time to let go.

Time to drop the masks that we cling to and identify the small self with.

It is time to remember our shared human root.

We all spring from the same sacred source, and ones sex, color, and the identities which we hold so tight are but a cloak for the human soul.

This is not to dismiss the trauma that anyone has walked through. It is an invitation to heal, to empower, and to know your own spirit.

It is time to more consciously choose one’s soul path, and sink down into the human spirit, so that we might rise, rise, rise, together, as one.

Because the machine that is planned for us through the bizarre agendas that are rolling out now spell the end of the world as we comprehend it, and the dawn of a dark new day.

We will not allow this to occur.

It falls upon us.

Those of us who comprehend this agenda, it is our soul calling and responsibility now to resist,

together, in unity.

May it be so.

The Seven Fires Prophesy by Maré Hieronimus

B12A4371-0FA4-4E12-BF9F-6DF151194C2E.JPG

The Seven Fires Prophesy is a series of prophesies from the Anishinaabe peoples of what is now North America. All six of the prophesies have been said to be fulfilled, and we are now in the time of the Seventh Fire.

The following prophesy text is taken from The Mishomis Book, a book on the Anishinaabe people, published in 1979.

“The Seventh Prophet that came to the people long ago was said to be different from the other prophets. He was young and had a strange light in his eyes.

He said -

“In the time of the Seventh Fire New People will emerge.

They will retrace their steps to find what was left by the trail.

Their steps will take them to the Elders who they will ask to guide them on their journey.

But many of the Elders will have fallen asleep.

They will awaken to this new time with nothing to offer.

Some of the Elders will be silent because no one will ask anything of them.

The New People will have to be careful in how they approach the Elders.

The task of the New People will not be easy.

If the New People will remain strong in their quest the Water Drum of the Midewiwin Lodge will again sound its voice. There will be a rebirth of the Anishinaabe Nation and a rekindling of old flames.

The Sacred Fire will again be lit.

It is this time that the light skinned race will be given a choice between two roads.

If they choose the right road, then the Seventh Fire will light the Eighth and final Fire, an eternal fire of peace, love brotherhood and sisterhood. If the light skinned race makes the wrong choice of the roads, then the destruction which they brought with them in coming to this country will come back at them and cause much suffering and death to all the Earth's people."

- Edward Benton-Banai, The Mishomis Book

This is the Seventh Fire Prophesy, from the Anishinaabe People. We live in a highly prophesied time.

The “two roads” that the light skinned are now facing have been interpreted by the Indigenous Elders of the Anishinaabe people as being the road of technology, and the road of spirit.

Which path will you walk, if given the choice?

There is no time like the present to make conscious the soul path that you are on.

Path of Remembrance

Vision of a New Earth

As many of you know, this year I have done a tremendous amount of writing around the events of 2020, and beyond.

This writing poured forth as a way to both process and to question what we have all lived through.

I am compiling these writings into a small book, which is truly an Invitation into Remembrance,

and the Vision of a New Earth.

🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿

“We began to learn to listen more to the plants, the wild animals, the water and the wind. We began to feel ourselves in relationship to these cycles, and how it is that we have completely extricated ourselves from our most basic human inheritance.

Through this extraction, we have forgotten our most precious, our most sacred, our most royal sense of self. For how can we truly know the divine nature of the Self, if we are unable to live in harmony with the divinity of Nature herself?

We have come to believe as a culture that health can be found in a pill or an injection, that life can be lived through a cinematic or virtual experience, and that the land, the water, the flora and fauna are here to be used and discarded, with no thought of what we are actually contributing to through this paradigm.

As I moved through the year 2020, I found myself returning to what people have called The Old Ways. These are the ways which embrace natures sacred template, and help us move into more direct communication with the land, our food sources, and the creation of a way of life which exists in harmony with the cycles of the seasons, and the cosmos herself.

The Old Ways now stand in direct opposition to The New Normal we could say, a paradigm that embraces a mechanistic template, a template which is in fundamental denial of the cycles of the seasons, and the cycles of life.

This is a template born out of a culture that has rejected nature, and all that she is.

This small book is an invitation to rethink where we come from, to question assumptions, and to expand the mind and the consciousness.

This is an invitation to become more aware of where you are sourcing your food, your water, your medicines.

This is an invitation to move closer to the earth, to learn from her sacred body, and to allow her wisdom to move through you, once again...”

Systems of Indoctrination ~ The Wisdom and Beauty of Wildness by Maré Hieronimus

IMG_5722.JPG

I am excited to share a series of contemplations on the systems of indoctrination which we have all been put through, some more than others.

More than any other factor, our indoctrination into a culture whose values are based upon a hollow and material existence must be observed and digested in order to understand the limitations these belief systems have placed upon our earthly consciousness, and the ways that we have allowed these pervasive illnesses within our society to guide and determine every single aspect of our lives.

I have written a great deal about this over the course of this past year, as we witness one of the biggest mass deceptions of all times: the cultural and institutional belief that nature’s wisdom is wrong, that humanity is born into original sin, that we need the machine to save us, and that the intellect and reason is the only path forward to guide us out of the incredible destruction that is now our heritage.

I’ll be creating short essay contemplations looking at the deep indoctrination through the systems of birth, medicine, education, family, institution, agriculture, and our sense of career as a society and culture at large.

Each one of these topics can be contemplated, and I believe each reveals very clearly the spiritual illnesses embeded within our culture, and within our being-ness. Through unearthing these core philosophical and spiritual (or lack of) belief systems, we have the ability to more consciously determine the course of our destiny.

As always, I will share these constellations as invitations to think outside of the boxes that we all have been placed in. Ultimately these will be a series of meditations on sovereignty and freedom, and the deeper call to nature and spirit which I believe is the greater path to embodied wisdom and living.

We must truly observe where we are, in order to transmute these forces, and align ourselves again with a path of remembrance, regeneration, and the sublime experience of mystery wisdom.

Initiation by Maré Hieronimus

IMG_5297.JPG

When we begin a movement well, the follow through, or middle and end of the movement phrase is harmonized and integrated through the body.

This is also true for the experience of initiation into different phases of life, including adolescence, adulthood, finding one's calling, motherhood, elderhood, and even death.

When we mark these rites of passage well, we understand psychically what is being asked of us, and we rise to meet the sacred occasion.

The great storyteller Martin Shaw speaks of the process of initiation in phases. The initiation begins when we walk into the forest of our subconscious, the mythology of our own being, and meet ourselves there in this threshold space. This is the beginning, and the middle.

After we grapple with our own demons, we have the ability to emerge victorious. We have met the greater self, experienced the landscape of our own inner story, and are ready for the next phase of human development. We are ready to exit the forest and make the journey back to the village.

Shaw speaks of this as the process of Return, the last aspect of initiation, which is of immense importance. This end process gives us the ability to integrate and honor the experience through community.

But what happens when we attempt the return to a village and a culture that cannot support our integration, because these rites of passage are ignored or devalued?

What happens when initiatory rites are stripped of meaning entirely, and become shadows of previous initiatory ritual experience?

This is what we have today.

A failure in what Martin Shaw calls the Return, the movement back from the forest of the psyche into the village.

We exist within a culture where our mythologies have been forgotten. There is a mythic void where we no longer tell stories that sustain the psychic and spiritual life of human beings.

A new mythology is waiting to be born through these ashes.

We are being asked to recreate the myths through which we live, recast our ancestral songs, and integrate into a greater sense of wholeness and purpose through these initiations, in community.

Or, we risk losing the profound ecstasy that is felt through the mystery of being alive.

Healing our Ancestral Lines by Maré Hieronimus

Lakota Medicine Keepers were shackled with balls and chains for holding medicinal sweat lodges.

Colonizers criminalized native ceremonial medicine practices. They were not officially decriminalized till 1978-1979.

There are two important things that we must contend with and digest here.

The first is this dark history. We must move to heal our lineages and understand what brought us to a point where we would allow such things to occur.

The second, is that we must never allow this kind of criminalization of differing medicine paths to occur again.

We are on the verge of this same madness.

It is terribly important to understand this, and to stop holding the belief system that the allopathic way is the only way.

It is not.

The allopathic model kills 250,000-400,000 Americans yearly through “medical error” according to John’s Hopkins University. This includes through drug overdose, poisoning, surgical error, and more. It is the third leading cause of death in the US, and this does not include the humans who are injured and maimed by it.

The allopathic way neglects the wisdom of nature and spirit completely and entirely.

This atrocity must never happen again.

Let us heal the lines, and awaken to truth.

If you choose to follow the allopathic model of heaith, this is your choice. You happen to have the power of the media and state behind you. But, when you stand with those who would persecute others for walking another medicine path, you are the colonizer. You have been colonized, and you are colonizing.

Heal the lines. Heal the lines.

This is why I feel the Women’s Ceremony and Circle work to be some of the most important healing practices that I engage.

How have we severed our relationship to the wisdom lineages from which we all spring?

How have we severed our relationship to the land and to spirit?

How can we heal and reignite the sacred flame, carrying it forward within our heart and soul?

This is the deeper work of our times. As we move to address the sacred wounds and come into deep and abiding alignment with spirit, we make right the wrongs of our history.

We tend to what it most holy.

Storytelling as a Path to Remembrance by Maré Hieronimus

5AD23532-11F1-40B0-9245-355EDE3388FF.JPG

Peoples minds have been held in a hypnosis, a kind of enchantment. This enchantment is so pervasive that human beings might be presented with facts that contradict this reality, with clear and indisputable evidence, and the facts are categorically refused. Many will not even dare to look. Some will become defensive and angry, and seek to condemn, name call and to belittle those who challenge this enchantment, ultimately attempting to protect the very system which has hypnotized and traumatized them. There is a name for this.

The remedy, the antidote, the medicine for this enchantment, is our return to wisdom through nature’s sacred template. When we come to ourselves stripped naked of our assumptions, we come to understand that we have been deeply misguided as a society. The wisdom lineages passed down through plant medicine, storytelling, dance, poetry and song have long been decimated and severed for most of us, replaced with a shadow of this beauty. Scientific materialism reigns complete and supreme in western culture. The human spirit has been subjugated in the name of a bleak reality that holds logic, matter and regulation as it’s great trinity.

The gift of intuition, our doorway into mystery wisdom, has been all but forgotten. The very template of this culture is the antithesis of nature’s divine blueprint, a wasteland of shadow, addiction and trauma born out of a great soul separation.

When we allow ourselves to feel into the profound grief and suffering that has resulted from this severing, we break the spell, and a deeper healing may begin. But healing cannot occur until we come to ourselves bare, ready to strip the conditioning and deep indoctrination that each of us has been put through. Healing begins when we are ready to hear the cry of the spirit.

There are many ways to begin the sacred process of untangling ourselves from scientific materialism. Personal reconnection to our unique intuitive soul voice through healing and creation is the path to our remembrance. The paths of storytelling and dance both have played a powerful role in my life, and can become profound ways to reimagine the mythology of our lives. Storyteller Martin Shaw speaks so eloquently to this beautiful re-awakening.

It was this powerful resonance, in part, that brought Jeremy and I together, with our shared love of the human potential to reweave our deepest soul mythologies, and the mythologies of our culture as well. This is a mystery wisdom path.

The path of reclaiming and reimagining the ancient stories buried within the body, mind and consciousness, is medicine. We begin to reorganize the nature of our being, to reconnect to the root of soul and spirit, and to reaffirm the blueprint that is our birthright. Through reconnection to the spirit language of archetype and symbol, we have the potential to weave a new reality from the dust of a dying world. This is the beauty of our lineage, lost to so many. But we have the power to heal and reignite.

I invite you, as always, to ponder these ideas that I have shared with you. I invite you to ask yourself what mythologies you are adhering to, knowingly or unknowingly?

What assumptions have you made? Where is your soul?

Have you listened to the wind today?

Have you watched the sky?

Wisdom's Vacuum by Maré Hieronimus

IMG_5301.JPG

Wisdom’s Vacuum

The vacuum of wisdom within our culture infiltrates every aspect of our lives. It permeates our reality, it permeates our bodies, thoughts and emotions, and unless we seek wisdom out, we remain blind to this absence. We do not understand on a fundamental level the experience that wisdom imbues us with. This is because we have little experience, if any, as most wisdom lineages have been broken very long ago.

Every activity, every institution, every political party, every endeavor, every mind state that is perpetuated by the status quo, the bourgeoisie, and the creators of The New Normal, is steeped in the very absence of wisdom. The absence of wisdom is not ignorance, it is insanity.

Nature brings incredible beauty, harmony, and a profound mystical order. The machine and it’s materialistic counterparts bring disharmony, the absence of mystery, control and regulation, resulting in a sort of pervasive chaos. This is what the great spiritual philosopher Rudolf Steiner termed scientific materialism. Scientific materialism reigns supreme today. The absence of mystery wisdom brings the obscenity’s that we bear witness to.

When we take the courage to seek, and to experience life beyond the constructs of this strange and deeply misguided culture, life utterly transforms. We see this culture for what it is:

A prison for the Spirit.

Can you imagine a different paradigm?

Can you imagine a world based upon the exaltation of mystery, the divine experience of the cosmos and life itself? Can you imagine a culture that uses nature’s sacred blueprint as its template, fashioning the structures of it’s world out of this tremendous beauty?

The imagining is our first step towards the creation of a vision for a New Earth.

The Future of our Children by Maré Hieronimus

CDDA02B8-D879-4A43-BF70-53EFA0EABC83.JPG

One of the single greatest reasons why I continue to speak my experience of truth, as I am quietly shunned by so many liberal, status quo former friends and community, is the deep love and concern a hold for the future of our children. In my feeling, one of the very largest failings of humanity in our current time is the complete adherence to the mainframe narratives without the slightest desire to question the realities that are imprinted upon us. This is a catastrophic omission, whose roots can be traced back to the dangerous nature of our educational system, which is based upon a military model from Austria. Do as your told.

This is a system in which human beings are not taught to think uniquely, to think creatively, to think independently. Rather, all creativity is squelched in the name or conformity, in the name of the status quo, and now in the name of the sickest reflection of society one could possibly imagine, The New Normal.

The masterminds of The New Normal paradigm, knowingly or not, adhere to a template of reality that says human touch is deadly, be afraid of the world and of nature, be afraid of your neighbor. Your neighbor is your enemy, and the state is your protector. There is one reality and one truth and the state has the right to strike down anyone who holds a different world view. You will be cancelled. You will be deplatfprmed. And it will all be for your own good. And if your neighbor does not conform to this one reality that we hold as true, then shame them, or better yet, report them to your protectors.

I openly strike down this reality as sick, absurd, meaningless, lifeless. The mass masking and inoculation of children with an experimental technology reflects the most dystopic reality that I could possibly imagine for a disease that they are barely at risk for. Sitting these impressionable children in front of screens for hours on end a day is the very bleakest of lives. The mandating of injections at the most elite private schools and universities is a complete reflection of the dystopian illness embedded within this culture. Do as your told.

If you believe so firmly in these injections, and your grandmother has been inoculated, is she not protected?

I have always considered myself a counter - culturalist, a deep spiritual seeker, a rebel heart. Now more than ever I feel this as a profound reality separating so many. Those who dare question, those who do not. Those who seek answers in primary sources, those who accept what is told to them through the mainstream media only. Those who will stand against the grain, and those who move with the crowds in a herd mentality.

It is the profound protective nature inspired through initiation into motherhood which now drives my search for truth. I’m sure mothers adhering tightly to mainframe narratives and reality also feel they are protecting their children. But I urge you to look deeper and ask the simple question - What is it that we are actually indoctrinating our children into? What have we been indoctrinated into? What is the reality being imprinted upon them in the here and now?

Children, the most vulnerable, beautiful expression of our deepest hope for humanity. The jewel of our lives. A precious gift.
Our ignorance and refusal to look deeper, to digest our traumatic experiences and use them as portals of initiation into expanded states of consciousness, will be imprinted upon their bodies, hearts and minds for the rest of their lives.

It is time to become the keeper of your own soul, the relentless protector of our children, and dare to look deeper.

I know that for our child, my deepest hope is a future full of love, touch, play, togetherness, sacred circle, song, dance, poetry, gardening, seeking spirit, and the good green Earth. We will accept no less than this for the health and wellbeing of his profound soul.

Why is Plant Medicine Illegal? by Maré Hieronimus

Medicine of Queen Anne’s Lace

Medicine of Queen Anne’s Lace

Why is Plant Medicine illegal in western culture? This is a very important question with profound implications, which Russell Brand explores in his latest video.

What I love about Brand’s mind is his continual ability to bring these ideas back to a more global understanding. So much of what we are facing and experiencing now are truly questions around systems of control. Plant medicine works to expand the synapses within the brain creating deeper and more integrated connections, and the broadening of our definitions of reality. These two things, control and plant medicine, may not easily go hand and hand.

It is fascinating to watch people in their differing relationships to control. Some want government to take complete control of their life and health. Others, like myself, believe humanity is self organizing and that human beings are essentially good, and we do not need to be controlled in the ways that the powers that be are enforcing. And perhaps many are undecided and in between, searching for answers in a strange world. A world now built upon increasing degrees of control of speech, action, and thought.

It really does come down to this: do you believe human beings are capable of making decisions that are best suited to their own personal and communal needs and experience? Or do you believe we need government to control all of our decision making processes? These are two fundamentally different paradigms of operation and thought.

I’ve had the great fortune to sit in ceremony and to be guided by plant medicine wisdom. These were profoundly expanding spiritual experiences that I would wish for every human being who aspires to expansion through the awakening processes. In my view, that our government should attempt to be the gatekeepers of our health and of our consciousness, given its history, is obscene and laughable.

Government knows nothing of the sublime, nothing of the great mysteries of life, beauty and truth which reveal themselves when we seek our greater nature. The real life lies inside each of us when we take the courage to seek our selves.

Every plant has a teaching, when we open ourselves to deeper listening. Nature and the body are profoundly wise. The body seeks to heal itself, when we are supported. Here, above, is the delicate, royal and powerful Queen Anne’s Lace medicine. She came to me at a pivotal moment in my life, when I was called to become the queen of my own self, to prepare myself for a greater union. I am forever grateful to the wisdom and the beauty of nature, who gives us what we need, when we address her with our soul.

The Return of the Queen by Maré Hieronimus

998A1420-8F73-460A-9F83-AB8972CF4E97.JPG

Many people think of Maya as the illusory world of which we are a part. This often carries a negative judgment, that Maya is the veil, clouding our vision to spirit.

Another way to experience the reality of Maya is through the deeper understanding that Maya is actually an expression of Prakriti, Nature, Shakti, and the divine feminine principle herself made manifest in our world. The dance of Shakti pulses through all and everything. She is the world herself, the expression of nature and the cosmos. Through her divine body, we are graced to experience the ecstasy of our own nature.

But, it is true to say that we live in a world which subjugates this very experience. Nature has been demonized, the body made profane, filthy and left unrealized. We have abandoned the seed of our own great goddess planted within us at conception.

The exile of the divine feminine can be seen very clearly through the realization that there is a Gospel of a Mary Magdalene.

This exquisite gospel was discovered on a piece of 5th Century Papyrus, and is part of a series of deeper gnostic teachings unearthed at Nag Hammadi in 1945. These are some of the most mystical, sacred texts one could read. And yet these texts were burned and buried, expelled from the canons of the church, with the intention that they should never be seen again.

The principle of the sacred feminine, the royal queen herself was banished from the great Western Kingdom, forced underground for nearly 2000 years years into secrecy and into shame. Her exile has been long and complete.

But she rises, as nature rises, like weeds through the pavement. For she is nature and the body herself.

The war on nature, the war on the body, the war on life that we are witnessing today is truly a war on her. It is a war on the most sacred expression of Prakriti, Shakti herself, and the complete subjugation of her brilliance into a world where she is utterly dominated. When you understand the energetics of this profound situation, the root could not be more clear.

But this domination will never happen.

The union of Shiva and Shakti, the divine principles of masculine and feminine both within the self, and within the world, are being called now to clarify, to purify, to harmonize, and to unify.

The seer and the seen, Purusha and Prakriti, Shiva and Shakti, the witness and the experience, the King and the Queen, balanced within the spiraling experience of the human spine, a reflection of nature’s harmony and the unification of matter and spirit.

For as much as the divine feminine has been banished, demonized, and ridiculed, so has the divine masculine, whose forces have been perverted and used in this great play of force for thousands of years.

When the Great Queen returns to herself, the Great King will follow. For they walk hand and hand, and have never been truly separate.

When we rise, we will rise together, a reflection of the sacred spiral in the center of every human life.

Mystery will never die

Beautiful Soul, Take Courage by Maré Hieronimus

903EEBE0-62AF-4608-9685-880134D69CAB.JPG

We are here today because most human beings refuse to deconstruct their conditioning, refuse to deep dive into their trauma, heal their lines, own their feeling body, trust their sensation, claim their soul power.
Instead, most humans remain dead to themselves, unable to fathom a reality beyond the constructs of this dying culture.

Those who aspire, who seek truth and expansion are ridiculed and shamed, especially by the culturally righteous, the unknowing protectors of the great illness of dominance and subordination perpetuated by everyone. Given this, I understand the fear of stepping outside mainframe reality.

But still, every day I am surprised by the levels of indoctrination, and the absolute refusal of most to simply ask the questions. The fear to go against the grain is too great a price.

Those who dare ask, who dare step outside of the frame under increasing pressure and violence, I bow to your courage and soul power to move against a machine that knows only how to devour.

An obsession with dominance and power is the bedrock of our western culture, and this obsession infiltrates every single institution and endeavor, including, and most poignantly now, our medical system. This will be so until we take the courage to heal.

The time is now to claim the fullness of your spirit, and step into a new paradigm that is entirely inconceivable to those who choose not to address their own deep trauma and conditioning, and the power paradigms that we each are steeped in from birth.

What awaits each of us is the fullness of our own unique and exquisite beauty, like a flower more rare than the rarest crystal. And yet most still refuse to bask in their own glory, numbed by the drugs of a dying world.
Beautiful soul, Take courage.

Come join the movement to break the chains with me through our Monthly Women’s Circle.

We are the Witches, the Healers, the Visionaries, and the Wisdom Keepers by Maré Hieronimus

IMG_4928.JPG

We are The Witches, the Healers, the Visionaries and the Wisdom Keepers.

The wisdom lines were cut in western culture long ago. The sparks that most of us hold are but broken fragments of these lines, forgotten history and sacred truths that were actively severed, disallowed by the ruling classes since the beginnings of time.

The sacred flame is humanity, and the human being is more powerful then most of us can imagine. I’ve spoken to this in many ways prior to this moment in time.
But here, once again, as we arrive at a moment where if you walk a path that is not in alignment with what the ruling class perceives to be true, then you are a heretic.

We’ve seen this before. We call it what it is.
It is a witch hunt.
And yet the most incredible aspect to perceive and to become aware of is that most people who are on that witch hunt, who stand behind government and its corporate science, do not believe themselves to be the hunters.

When you actively condemn the ability of others to walk a path which is unlike your own, when you believe that segregation and the stripping of rights is justifiable, you are the hunter.

Logic has been skillfully inverted to brainwash the masses into believing that the forcible control of those who walk a different medicine path is righteous. Medicine is one field of practice that moves straight into our heritage. It springs out of our ancestral webs that knit our human story together. It was born from listening to the land, to the body, nature and spirit. To strip this choice from those who actively seek to reconnect and to heal these lineages, and to hold that sacred flame once again, is madness.

Many of us walk a path that is wedded to spirit and the new science, a science which speaks to the interconnected nature of spirit and matter, a science which calls upon us to heal our sacred wounds and to tend to the sacred nature of body and earth through microbiome health, epigenetics, food as medicine, plant communion, and community connection and wellbeing. This new science merges matter and spirit as all ancient wisdom traditions teaches us is true. This new science calls upon us to remember Who We Are.

When one moves to stamp out this expanding reality, this growing organism of human reclamation, sacred healing and remembrance, you become the witch hunter.

We are the Witches, the Healers, the Visionaries and the Wisdom Keepers.

The sacred flame we are tending to will not be put out.

Let us Liberate our Bodies, and we will Liberate our Earth by Maré Hieronimus

Flouride in our water, glyphosate and arsenic in our soil, aluminum, mercury, thermerisol in our injections, and what is it that is being sprayed in our atmosphere? These are all known human poisons.

I am not a great yogini, but I have always intuitively understood the ways through which the sacred technology of yoga is operating. My mother practiced various forms of yoga including meditation and mantra from the earliest time I can remember. I’ve been a student of yoga in earnest since college, and have taught some form of practice since I was 23.

It is fair to say that my life has been steeped in an understanding of the mechanisms of yogic science, and I do my best to impart whatever wisdom I have gleaned from the joy of my own sacred experience.

The very foundation of these technologies is purification. We offer our impurities to the sacred fire so that they might be burned out, so that shadow might be transformed into light, so that unconscious might be expressed into conscious form.

The foundation of purification happens in the physical body. We cannot skip through or fake this process. These practices, these sacred technologies, first work in the densest elements of the earth body. Through these practices, we move to purify all layers of our selves, so that the body might be able to carry more light. Without proper purification, we are unable to ascend upward through the spiraling forms of evolution which await us.

Purification is the Alpha and the Omega.

The gateway of the five sense organs is the gateway to the soul, and when we expand our consciousness, each sense organ expresses a higher sense form. Visual perception becomes clairvoyance, auditory perception becomes clairaudience. This is reflected in the mythologies and stories that we hear of the great yogis who possess incredible powers. These powers, or siddhis, from the yogic perspective, are simply natural expressions of the expansion of our human consciousness in bodily form.
This is a physical process happening through the nervous system, the endocrine system, and the glandular bodies. These sacred glandular bodies act as messengers to the subtle energy body.
The pineal gland becomes our great resonator, a sacred jewel which represents the unification of Shiva and Shakti, and the visionary eye in the center of our being.

These higher sense experiences are our birthright. From a yogic perspective, the processes are an inevitable expression of evolution.

We are living in a time when all elements have been contaminated with toxic substances. Our sense organs are overwhelmed with poison. We are breathing in poison through the air, we are drinking poison through the water, we are eating poison in our foods, we are injecting poison in our medicines, we are watching poison through our television, we are listening to poison through our politicians and our celebrities.

We are living in shadow, and our bodies cannot hold more light and truth until we purify. So for those of us on the spiritual path, seeking truth in a time of great deception, purification is our very first step into deeper awareness and light. There is no greater calling than this now, as the world divides, as up is down and down is up. Truth cannot be seen through a calcified pineal gland.

Let us Liberate our bodies, and we will liberate our earth.

Breadmaking as a Return to the Mythology of Slowness by Maré Hieronimus

IMG_1985.JPG

Since moving from Brooklyn out to New Mexico, I have been baking bread every week.

I have found the process to be deeply healing as I reclaim a pace of living that is in alignment with the rhythms of the days and seasons.

Our movement out of the city, a place we lived for 17 years, has been a slow transformation back towards the old ways of life exemplified by my grandmother. The process has also brought me into closer relationship with nature and food as medicine.

Memories of my grandmother remain a deep part of the inspirational source that fuels my return to bread making. Born on a farm in western Maryland back when all lands grew and produced “organic” foods, she took great care and joy in baking and cooking for our family.

This was one of the ways in which she expressed her love.

I relished the smell of fresh baked goods and the allure of little bottles of elixirs and big pots of stew which decorated her home. These impressions have stayed with me, and fed my reentry into the land, and our desire as a family to return to the wisdom held within natures sacred embrace.

Baking one’s own bread also offers another wonderful benefit.

I am able to know exactly what I am putting into my body and the body of my child, a practice which is becoming increasingly elusive in today’s synthetic world.

The recipe that I use has only 4 ingredients:

Organic Flour, Organic Yeast, Wildflower Honey and pure water.

I will share the recipe and process at the end of this essay.

Most people do not fully understand the impact of not knowing what our food is composed of.

Most people also do not fully understand the impact of GMO non-organic foods on the soil of our planet and the soil of our bodies. Most crops of wheat, corn and soy, for example, are all now heavily genetically modified. What does this mean?

Chemical Agriculture is a process that truly began post World War II.

My grandmother was there, a nurse in the war, witnessing the great turning of the wheel, and the complete transmutation of culture post-war. The very same companies who made the gas poisons for the Nazis shifted production over to create chemicals for food. So, the origins of the Chemical Industrial Agriculture movement stem from the horror of the 3rd Reich.

This is a well-kept open secret.

One of the “benefits” touted by these Chemical Agriculture Companies who produce GMO and synthetic foods is that they are made to be resistant to glyphosate, the chemical found in Roundup. The use of Roundup expedites food production. But Glyphosate is also a poison, originally used as a form of gasoline. They found that when it was sprayed on the earth it killed all plants except for a very particular kind of weed. So, they removed the genetic material from the plant naturally resistant to glyphosate and inserted it into every GMO food including and especially wheat. All GMO crops are now doused in the poison of Glyphosate. All that is needed in order to harvest the crop is to spray some form of this poison on the field and allow everything to die around the Roundup resistant plants.

In this way, they have sped up the process and the practice of agriculture. The GMO crops also do not bare seeds. So, farmers then are forced to return to the same Chemical Agriculture Companies that provided the Roundup to supply them with more GMO seeds, that are resistant to the Roundup. It is a cycle which does not support the chain of nature, and the integrity of the seed and life itself.

Glyphosate utterly destroys the soil of the land. It destroys our gut microbiome. It decimates the integrity of the lining of the gut wall, contributing to leaky gut and all of the issues that accompany this syndrome. It is also a known carcinogen. Lawyer and founder of The Water Keepers Alliance Robert Kennedy Jr. has been in litigation with Monsanto, makers of Roundup, to prevent it’s use and bring justice to those effected by this poison.

Glyphosate is banned in more than 30 countries. But here in the United States, we continue to condone its use, not only in foods and crops, but also in our parks and playgrounds.

Our children are rolling down hills sprayed with glyphosate.

To come into understanding of these systems is a profound awakening.

It becomes a symbol and metaphor for all that afflicts humanity in this incredible moment in time.

From my perspective, the deepest medicine of our times is a return to some of the old ways of being that were so embodied by humans like my grandmother. Growing our own gardens, staying close to the land, foraging and picking wild mushrooms, finding true community, loving, laughing and eating, together. Allowing healing to be a part of our daily lives through the foods, herbs and spirits we take in. Allowing nature to guide us, as we are a part of her profound blueprint.

These are all principles of the old ways which were passed down through generations.

The movement drawing us away from this state of balance and harmony with nature and the environment is the same movement that fashions GMO seeds and synthetic foods. It is a movement that demands that our pace of living be quicker, more robotic, mechanistic, moving ourselves slowly away from a rhythm of life and living that we might naturally choose.

Most human beings have no idea that so much of what we are intaking is no longer born of the land, but is completely synthetic, laced with toxic chemicals that our bodies have never ingested before this generation.

When we are working with substances born of the land, there are cycles of birth and death which organically occur. We have grown and transformed alongside these plants and domesticated animals, finding rhythms that support our biology as well as the ecosystems from which we arise. Through millennia we have learned to live alongside these other forms of life. Indeed, whole systems of healing and consciousness expansion have arisen out of working with plant medicine. When we begin to work with plant medicine, we understand that these living beings also have consciousness, vitality, prana, life force, just as the animals do who surround us.

But when we are dealing with chemically laced substances, these laws of nature, these cycles no longer apply. Perhaps this is what takes us out of the feeling that we need to still be a part of these somatic cycles of life at all. Perhaps this is what moves us to become more mechanical, less human, more of the head and intellect, less of the soma and the body. And yet, the truth remains that we are still human, still born out of these cycles, born from the land. This is our shared Earth lineage. We are not machines yet.

Soon, this lineage will be broken.

Soon, there will be those who fully choose and embrace the synthetic rhythms over the rhythms of nature, the genetically modified over the organic. This is the inevitable movement towards the primacy of the head, the machine, and artificial intelligence. These streams are being developed now; however strange and foreign they might sound. They stand in direct opposition to the human line; whose rhythms remain in accordance with the Earth.

The somatic rhythm of baking bread is a rhythm that brings us back into a more natural pacing of life. It is one that reminds us of our origins. It is one that helps us keep the spirit of those lineages alive. It is one that honors the ancestral lines that brought us here, and understands that we all are born, we live, and then we pass on, as all beings of nature do.

We begin bread baking by first mixing the four ingredients together well, kneading with our own hands, which are truly agents of the heart.

After kneading the bread, the dough is formed into a ball, a sphere that reminds us of the cyclical nature of life and experience. We cover the bread so that it rests in the dark cave of itself. We then allow the bread to grow, like a seed in the earth. The live yeast helps the bread rise, expanding into a new form while we patiently await.

In our home, we might go for a walk, make lunch and then eat. We might let the bread rise for one, two, three cycles of days and nights, of sun and moon passing us by. We allow for other experiences as the bread quietly grows, expands, becoming a new form of itself. A great mystery is in the making.

And then, we heat the oven high and hot and bake the bread under fire for 20 minutes. The final transformation is complete. The wheat is made holy, as food for us to eat, to sustain the vitality of the living. The food is digested into prana, made into medicine for our being.

In detaching from some of these natural cycles, I believe we do a great disservice to ourselves, our families, our communities, our Earth. We sever our connection to the land that we are born of and imagine that we are no longer a part of these systems.

Perhaps some of us even have the audacity to believe that we can control these systems completely and play God. Humans in the future will no doubt fully tread these paths and go down the road of the primacy of the artificial, the synthetic, the machine. It is almost inevitable at this point, as it is already underway.

Here, we are grateful to be able to have the space to begin to practice this great remembrance, this great return into the old ways. It feels to me like an intrinsic part of the next chapter of our Earth, an Earth in which these diverging pathways are now expressing themselves. These pathways represent two realms of exploration, two spheres of consciousness and being. Each of us is choosing, every day, through what we eat, through the medicines that we ingest, through where and how we are living our lives, which pathway we are taking.

The path of nature, to me is made more clear through this most beautiful, slow, and simple practice of baking bread.

I hope you enjoy it.

The Revelation of Core Belief Systems by Maré Hieronimus

IMG_3199.JPG

This past year has been a revelation.

I experience myself now in stark contrast to the values and foundations of this culture, and certainly to that of the mainstream world view. This stark contrast has caused me to enter into a deeper contemplation around who I am, and the core experiences and realities that shape my personal beliefs and world view.

These are some of the core belief systems that have risen for me in this contemplation:

  • That there is an organizing divine principle which underlies the cosmos

  • That reality in general is far greater than what we perceive with our Five Senses

  • That the experience of Divine Mystery and Paradox are embedded within the fiber of this divine organizing life principle

  • That Spirit, Energy and Beings from other realities or dimensions mix and mingle in the invisible realms alongside our material bodily existence

  • That it possible to perceive and contact these beings through meditation, dreams, conscious journey work, plant medicine and other forms of practice

  • That coming into contact with these beings can assist us in our integration, healing and evolution, and bring us into greater experience with this Divine Mystery

  • That many of the structures of the world as we know it today are built upon incredible lies and falsehoods

  • That our human history on this Earth goes back much further than we are led to believe

  • That the history that we have been told has been written not only by the victors, but by human beings who appear to be unable to experience alternate realities, and who are unable to honor world views that are not mechanistic and materialistic in form, and therefore subjugate nature

  • That our current western culture is inextricably tied to the material world in grotesque ways, inverting and subverting the language of nature and spirit, minimizing practices of intuition, deep felt experience, personal gnosis, and truth

  • That our whole system serves to keep us completely indoctrinated into this mechanistic, materialistic world view

  • That the educational, medical industrial complex, government and all institutions propagate this limited and grotesque reality, further hindering us from having independent experience and expanded thought

  • That the indoctrination process starts at birth, and largely moves to stamp out ones ability to harness full creative potential

  • That great trauma and abuse is tolerated through family units and passed down through generations, often crippling our ability to integrate and become fully whole and sovereign human beings

  • That this trauma creates cultural trauma, and further erodes our ability to free ourselves of the sicknesses embedded within our culture

  • That the very structures of our world and “shared reality” are built upon systems that are deeply corrupt, that support our continued indoctrination and inability to perceive greater or higher truths

  • That truth is a resonance felt in the body, and that somatic healing and awareness can bring us into greater resonance with that felt truth

  • That human beings are largely cut off from their deep somatic experience, having not been taught tools of healing and remembrance, which give direct access to the experience of our own divine mystery

  • That this severing from the somatic sense serves to keep our bodies in a state of perpetual shock and trauma

  • That entering into the sacred space of healing the trauma within our ancestral lines and releasing the blockages literally from the soma or felt body, is a deeply powerful and revolutionary healing act that completely transforms life, experience and all perception

I truly had no idea how “radical” I am in comparison to the world at large.

Whoever you are, wherever you are on your road to integration and wholeness, I wish you all healing and deep sovereignty.

Control is the Language of Totalitarianism by Maré Hieronimus

IMG_3202.JPG

Control is the Language of Totalitarianism

It is extremely disappointing to see "spiritual teachers" shaming their fellow humans for having some question or issue around wearing a mask, (or even getting an experimental vaccine).

Masks deprive healthy people of oxygen. There are many studies to prove this, but all you have to do is put one on and drop into your somatic sense.

The truth is in the wearing. But this is not what is most vital, and why I feel moved to make create this essay. .

What people seem to not understand is that it is not just about a mask.

Now people are advised to wear two masks, and in wear them in your house, and now wear them while having sex, or better yet don't have sex just go online and watch pornography. But don't worry, the government is not surveilling you while doing this.

These are actual mainstream suggestions from the “experts”. How absurd. It is hard to fathom for me how this could be considered rational advice.

This teacher, along with so many others, have been brainwashed by a media and government who truly cares not for your health, body or soul. This has played out over and over again with Cigarettes, DDT, Asbestos, Glyphosate, and yes, vaccines. This list is endless.

It's not just a mask, it's about Sovereignty.

And it is truly about consent.

Because now we have an experimental and rushed mRNA vaccine that will do god knows what to our sacred bodies. We do not know, because there has been no long term testing done. How could there be?

But, There are still forces that want to mandate this, as well. How absurd.

There are forces that would destroy the entire middle class and censor all voices of dissent, forces that would annihilate the independent spirit by keeping our world in lockdown indefinitely for a virus with a 99.8% (at worst) survival rate, as world hunger surges, the flu has all but disappeared in the wake of COVID, daughters are sold off abroad into labor and marriage and human trafficking, and hundreds and thousands of doctors of all persuasions and affiliations have come forward to challenge mainstream narratives and the “culture of lockdown” around what has transpired this year.

Yes, this is about Freedom. This is absolutely about Freedom.

This is about Sovereignty over our own sacred bodies and having the right not to be property of the state.

But that is what so many seem to want, and this is what is perhaps most disturbing to me.

People seem to want the state to tell them what to do, and entirely believe the state is working in their best interest.

The Dystopia is complete.

This is what this is, and I am sorry for those who cannot wrap their minds around this silent spiritual war happening right before our eyes.

There are so many brave souls who have tried to help good humans see.

Now, as the censorship moves into full swing and people have normalized this practice as they hold out their arms begging for an experimental needle to be shot straight into the body, into the vein, those of us who question once again are shamed, silenced, or much worse.

The inversion of logic is complete.

This is about Freedom. Because this is about Control.

Control is the very language of Totalitarianism. Its antidote, its medicine, is Sovereignty.

Sovereignty of Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit.

This is the great medicine of our time. This is the only thing that matters now.

Are you Sovereign?

Drink it in, drink it up like sunlight and hold strong to your Sacred Body and Soul.
Do not waiver. Illumination is the continued way.

May all beings everywhere remain Sovereign and Free!
